I am pleased with how it has turned out. It has a rich creamy taste. The tomato sauce wasn’t bitter after cooking this dish. It was all made by hand. The recipe I followed didn’t have a set time for cooking it but I would no longer than 40 minutes in the oven.
This is a nice type of meal for lunch/dinner. Traditionally people love to serve this meal with garlic bread, however, I thought it would go well with chips and veg, in this case, broccoli. But it is nice to try it with what suits your taste.
